Where Has the Time Gone?

Crazy! It´s been almost a month since I´ve blogged and we have only one full day left. That feels stranger than strange. I would have continued blogging regularly, but once I moved out to Chambala I almost never had internet access, however I have all sorts of things I want to write about the time that´s passed in between; it´s almost hard to know where to start. We (the SIPPIES, Javier, and Sally) have spent the last two days at the beach on our final retreat, reflecting on the past two and half months, on poverty, on what we´ve learned, what we want to take back with us, how we want to apply it. It´s been really good to have time to think and write, and discuss in depth. We also got to go surfing this morning, which was really fun as well as challenging. I managed to stand up once, which was really exciting. I have so much that I want to write about my community and experiences, but it´s going to have to wait until tomorrow and the following days because currently what I really need is to sleep.
